Alert:<\/span> We are taking precautions to prevent the spread of the flu and corona viruses to students who participate in the class as\u00a0 well as our instructors.\u00a0 If you have any flu-like symptoms including but not exclusive of\u00a0 fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, we ask that you do not schedule a class with us. If arrive at our classroom with flu-like symptoms you will not be allowed to attend the class. You will be allowed to reschedule for the class.<\/h3>

We do disinfect all equipment used prior to the class and after the class. But this does not protect students who come in contact with other students in the class if they have a respiratory virus such as the flu or coronavirus (COVID19).<\/h3>

  Payment Policy<\/span><\/h3>

  • Credit cards are only accepted for online registrations<\/li>
  • Online payments must be received prior to scheduled course<\/li>
  • No checks or credit cards will be accepted the day of class<\/li><\/ul>

    Registration Guidelines:<\/span><\/h3>

    • BLS \u2013 registration must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled class time, unless otherwise agreed upon with the course coordinator.<\/li>
    • ACLS \u2013 registration must be done a minimum of 4 days prior to scheduled class time, unless otherwise agreed upon with the course coordinator.<\/li>
    • Registrations are only complete if payments are made with online registration.<\/li>
    • Class dates on calendar are subject to change<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/h3>

      • No refund will be issued once a student registration is processed. \u00a0Students may be given a credit toward a later class if the reschedule class is within 60 days of the original class.<\/li>
      • Advanced Health Educators reserves the right to cancel any class if the class number is below a minimum of 2 students.<\/li><\/ul>

        Rescheduling Policy<\/span><\/h3>

        • We do not permit rescheduling the day of class. \u00a0If you request to reschedule the day of class this will be considered a no show and the no show policy will be in effect. \u00a0<\/li>
        • All students must notify Advanced Health Educators via telephone for any cancellation or need to change their class date.<\/li>
        • You must reschedule 3 days or more from the class date in order to have a full credit toward another class.<\/li>
        • If the student reschedules less than three days from the scheduled class, a $25 fee will be applied to CPR & BLS, and a $50 fee will be applied to the ACLS course.<\/li><\/ul>

          Lateness Policy<\/span><\/h3>

          • It is required that students arrive at class on time. \u00a0If a student is more than 15 minutes late to class, they will not be allowed to attend the class. \u00a0Students who arrive more than 15 minutes after class has begun will be addressed according to the rules for those who cancel 1-2 days before the class day.<\/li><\/ul>

            No show Policy<\/span><\/h3>

            • Students will be considered as a NO SHOW if they do not show up to class and do not notify Advanced Health Educators at least one day prior to the start of class. \u00a0We will not issue any refund or credit for students who meet the NO SHOW criteria.<\/li><\/ul>

              E-Cards<\/span><\/h3>

              • Students attending AHA, ASHI, or ECSI courses will receive their course completion cards as E-cards via the email address they provided during their registration of the course. It is the student\u2019s responsibility to follow through with the instructions they will receive via email to obtain their e-card.<\/li><\/ul>

                Correct Name<\/span><\/h3>

                • Students are responsible to complete registration form accurately, and will responsible for entering the correct spelling of names and addresses<\/li><\/ul>

                  Privacy Policy<\/span><\/h3>

                  Advanced Health Educators values our customers privacy. \u00a0Any information provided by customers when purchases are made including name, addresses and phone numbers are kept strictly confidential. The information is only used to provide services needed to transact with our customers purchases. \u00a0We do not sell any information to outside vendors.<\/p>
